Kitty Gaming (Android app by Myappscart) · Effective date: 18 July 2026

By downloading or using the Kitty Gaming app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Kitty Gaming provides card games (Kitty, Call Break, Teen Patti, 28 Cards) playable offline against computer players or online with other people. All gameplay uses virtual coins with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be bought with, redeemed for, or exchanged into real money or prizes. The app is for entertainment only and is not a real-money gambling service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards or manipulate matches is prohibited.

3. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, collude with other players, or otherwise interfere with the fairness or operation of games. Game actions are validated on our servers, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including forfeiting virtual coins.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins, XP, levels, and rewards are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to in-app features — not property. We may adjust balances (for example, to correct errors or address abuse) and coins are lost if your account is deleted.

5. Content and conduct

Display names, avatars, and any content you share in the app must not be offensive, infringing, or unlawful. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break this rule.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app (including online services and events) at any time. We are not liable for loss of virtual items resulting from such changes, service interruptions, or account termination for cause.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myappscart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is part of these terms. You can delete your account at any time via our account deletion page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
