By downloading, installing, or using Kitty Gaming ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Kitty Gaming is a free-to-play virtual card game platform that offers games including Teen Patti, Call Break, 28, and Kitty. All gameplay is simulated against computer-controlled bots.

• All in-app coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money or goods
• Winning coins does not constitute gambling or prize-winning
• The App is intended for entertainment purposes only

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts to exploit game rewards
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Accurate information must be provided during registration

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers or other users' accounts
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

Kitty Gaming uses a virtual coin system to track in-game progress:

• Coins are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, and watching advertisements
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, prices, or reward rates at any time
• Daily reward streaks reset if a day is missed; this is by design
• Coin balances are stored locally; we are not responsible for loss due to device damage, app reinstall, or OS data wipe

The App is free to play and is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App you consent to the display of advertisements. Watching rewarded ads is optional and done at your discretion in exchange for virtual coins.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
